If canceled because the minimum number is not achieved, you will be given the option of a different date or experience, or a full refund. • Dress codes for mosques and palaces are strictly enforced: women should dress in long, loose clothing, covering their arms and legs. Head covering is mandatory at all times; a long Abaya with a scarf may be provided by the tour operator if necessary and must be returned afterward. Men must ensure their garments cover their knees and shoulders; no clothing can be supplied for men. Non-compliance may lead to denied entry. • Please provide your WhatsApp number to facilitate communication during pickup. • A professional tour guide will be allocated to your group provided that at least six participants are present. • For shared tours with up to six participants, a Toyota Previa (7-seater) will be used. For groups exceeding six, the vehicle will be selected based on the number of guests. • Mosque guidance will be available for groups of four or more participants.
