Spending the day with Brian from Brian Creek Photography was a true delight. His extensive knowledge of Yellowstone National Park made our experience memorable. He took us to prime viewing locations where we encountered bears, bison, pronghorns, elk, and many other wildlife species. In late May, we were fortunate to see playful bison calves and bears with their cubs, making it feel like a wildlife paradise. We also enjoyed watching chipmunks, Uinta ground squirrels, and marmots. We arranged this tour six months prior, and I was impressed by the attention Brian provided even before it began. He suggested podcasts and reading materials about the park, offered recommendations for accommodations and dining, and shared tips for our other destinations. On the tour day, he picked us up at 6 a.m. and dedicated the full 14 hours to showing us both the upper and lower loops of Yellowstone, along with detours to Lamar Valley and Cooke City. The engaging conversation covered everything from wildlife to the park's history, and we even referred to a bird guide to identify a few species. While our primary focus was on photography and wildlife, Brian also guided us through Yellowstone Lake and the geyser areas, which were another highlight. We enjoyed a lovely lunch by the Gibbon River, absorbing our beautiful surroundings. As a host, Brian stood out. His enthusiasm made the day even more enjoyable. From a photography standpoint, he provided invaluable advice on tripod use, camera settings, and optimal positioning for shots. He knew precisely when and where to be to capture the best light and improve our wildlife spotting chances. Although Brian drove, he was always quick to spot animals and assess whether to stop. We had ample chances to shoot photos through the window, resulting in great animal captures. I can't recommend a photography tour with Brian highly enough; it was certainly one of the best experiences of our western U.S. trip.
Our tour of Yellowstone was greatly enhanced by Brian, our guide, making it a must-do for anyone wanting a meaningful experience in the park. While we did some exploration on our own, Brian's tour truly brought everything to life and left a lasting impact. From the beginning, Brian's enthusiasm for Yellowstone was clear and contagious. His extensive knowledge, paired with engaging storytelling, kept us captivated throughout the day. He effortlessly gauged our energy levels and adjusted the pace, creating a relaxed and personalized tour just for us. The meticulous planning was noteworthy. Our son wanted to take wildlife photos, and thanks to Brian's skills, we got stunning shots of bison, pronghorns, coyotes, bears, and more. We enjoyed our time with him so much that we added an extra hour, making it a full 12-hour tour, which was absolutely worth it. We laughed, learned, and left with a newfound appreciation for the park's beauty and history. Brian wasn't just a guide; he created memories we will cherish forever. I highly recommend scheduling your tour with Brian; you won't be disappointed.
Brian was an outstanding guide during our initial visit to Yellowstone. Opting for a private tour was a great choice since we only had one full day, and we are thrilled with that decision! His extensive knowledge about the park, its history, and wildlife was impressive. The chance to fully tailor our experience to cover everything we wanted made the cost worthwhile for us. I highly recommend him and look forward to our return.
Brian was incredibly knowledgeable and an outstanding guide, leading us to some breathtaking views, despite the heavy snow in certain areas. He was attentive to all our needs and offered great tips on photography, geography, and more. Highly recommend!
Brian was an exceptional guide, taking us to the most stunning spots for incredible views and wildlife encounters. His knowledge of the park's environment and its residents was impressive. We captured fantastic photos and created unforgettable memories. I highly recommend Brian!
I am grateful to Brian for an extraordinary day trip that began with a stunning sunrise at Gullpoint Drive. We then drove north, observing bison herds as they interacted and crossed the river. Brian shared valuable insights about Yellowstone's ecology and its wildlife, including the impact of fires. He also supplied us with lunch sandwiches, ample snacks, and water. Throughout the day, we spotted bison, a white-tailed buck, a bald eagle, numerous common mergansers, Canadian geese, and elk. It was a truly unforgettable experience.
My boyfriend surprised me with an incredible day with Brian Creek in Yellowstone National Park. Brian tailored the experience to match my photography skills and interests. He exceeded my expectations by sharing innovative techniques for capturing stunning wildlife and landscape shots. Additionally, he's a genuinely nice person, making the day even more enjoyable in such a beautiful national treasure.
I had an amazing two days with Brian Creek in Yellowstone National Park, and I can't recommend him enough. He was fantastic—taking me to secret spots I wouldn't have found alone, offering excellent photography advice, and helping plan my solo days to maximize my park visit. His wildlife knowledge is impressive, and his engaging conversation added to the experience. A standout moment was watching wolves and a grizzly bear battle over an elk carcass—an unforgettable sight I would have missed without Brian’s guidance. He is truly an exceptional guide and photographer.
