Keith was highly knowledgeable about DC history, and I gained a lot of interesting trivia. Although our hotel was outside the usual pick-up/drop-off area, he dropped us off directly. My only concern was with the booking process through Viator; they subcontracted with Jupiter Legend. I received billing and vouchers from Viator, but they offered no direct contact number. Until Keith arrived, I had no information about who would pick us up or what kind of vehicle to expect. This issue stemmed from a lack of communication from Viator, not the driver.
