• The day begins with a pickup from the railway station, airport, hotel, or another preferred location in Udaipur, between 8:00 AM and 9:30 AM. The first destination is Kumbhalgarh Fort, known as the second-largest wall globally. Kumbhalgarh Fort, constructed in the 15th Century, served to separate Mewar from Marwar, making it a significant historical site. Located 84 kilometers north of Udaipur in a remote area, it stands as the second most crucial fortress in the Mewar region after Chittorgarh. • The itinerary continues with a visit to Ranakpur, the most renowned Jain temple in the Jain faith, built by the illustrious Mewar king, Rana Kumbha. The temple features 84 bhonyra (underground chambers) designed to safeguard the Jain idols from Mughal invaders. Notable for its intricately carved idol of Parshvanatha sculpted from a single marble slab, which includes 1008 snake heads and numerous tails. Following this remarkable visit, transportation will be provided back to Udaipur for a drop-off.
