• The tour begins with coffee, reflecting the custom in the Middle East, at Anil coffee roaster, where participants will learn about and sample middle eastern coffee, typically flavored with cardamom. • Next, in Taka, there will be a visit to a local flour and bulgur wheat mill, a spice shop, and a store that offers all the necessary ingredients for Galilean cuisine. • Following this, guests will enjoy a home-cooked meal with a Druze family. • The tour concludes with a tasting of some of the finest sweets from the North, including Knaffeh, Fatayer, and Baklava. If unfamiliar with these treats, participants will learn about them during the tour.
