The small village offers breathtaking views, and the e-bikes make it effortless to explore with minimal hassle. I initially booked through a cruise but could have easily gone with the Olden Active team instead. I later returned to book a RIB tour, thanks to the excellent and helpful staff.

Our day in Olden was exceptional during our Cunard Queen Anne Cruise. My husband and I joined our friends for a guided e-bike tour right after disembarking. We were warmly welcomed by the team, who were friendly and patient while we chose our activities. We ended up selecting the cycling tour and kayaking. Fortunately, it was just the four of us on the bike tour, and our guide Nico was fantastic. He was engaging, spoke impeccable English, and provided extensive information about the area. After completing our bike ride, we visited the Skylift, which offered stunning views, before heading back for kayaking. It was just my husband and I in a tandem kayak, and again, Nico was incredibly patient as we got accustomed to paddling together on the fjord. We enjoyed seeing our ship from the water, and once more, Nico ensured a safe, enjoyable, and engaging experience. Thank you, Nico, for being a stellar representative of the Olden Activities team.
I took an e-bike ride from Olden port with Olden Active, and it was fantastic. Our guide, a true Norwegian mountain expert, described the glacial valley in great detail. The ride was at an excellent pace and would be perfect for families too.
This was an amazing ride through stunning landscapes, led by our friendly and knowledgeable guide, Nico. The bikes were very comfortable and powerful, making the hills easy to tackle. I highly recommend it.
I hadn't ridden a bike in over 20 years and had never tried an e-bike, so I felt a little anxious. However, the pre-trip instructions were clear, and we were equipped with helmets and hi-visibility vests. Although I was a bit unsteady at first, it really is true that you never forget how to ride. Our guide, Nico, maintained a pace that accommodated everyone and made frequent stops for photos while sharing fascinating information about the area's history, geography, and geology. I've used this company before and would certainly come back if I'm in Olden again.
