Kayaking on the fjords was an incredible experience. It's a stunning location and an ideal way to appreciate Olden. The tour guides were excellent and provided a wealth of knowledge.
The meeting point is a brown building on the left as you exit the cruise ship, which can be confusing since most people head right. However, once we connected with Peder, the next two hours were pure enjoyment. The scenery was stunning, and the conversation struck a nice balance of being informative without overwhelming; the views alone are captivating. It’s truly a worthwhile investment of time and money.
The guides were outstanding, prioritizing our safety while we took in the stunning scenery. Richard shared fascinating insights about the fjords. We felt no pressure during the experience, which was quite relaxing.
The tour guide was excellent, and the two hours flew by quickly. My only issue was the weather, as it was unexpectedly hot in Norway.
The equipment was excellent, and the team of guides was outstanding. The landscapes were stunning, making it a wonderful way to explore the fjord.
I felt anxious at first since this was my first holiday as a disabled traveler, but I had nothing to worry about. The guide was wonderful, assisting me in and out of the kayak.
My reservation was canceled with less than 36 hours' notice, even though I had booked and paid for it a week in advance. It seems they were overbooked and didn't inform me of this at the start.
Our guide George was fantastic! A few people in our group had trouble locating the starting point. He also didn't provide jackets or skirts for our kayaks, so I ended up quite wet, and the water in Norway is chilly. Overall, we really enjoyed the experience and would definitely recommend it.
The guide was truly fantastic, providing us with a wealth of information about Olden and its surroundings. We had a great time kayaking.
Kayaking across the fjord was a fantastic experience with our guides Marcus, Nathan, Richard, and Melody. They were friendly and professional, taking the time to reassure my wife, who was nervous due to a past kayaking incident. With their support, she overcame her anxiety and really enjoyed the adventure. I highly recommend this team if you're visiting the beautiful town of Olden.
