Our arrival in Flam was disappointing. We went to the visitor center for the tour but found no one there. After calling the tour operator and leaving messages, I eventually got an email stating the tour was canceled and offered a refund or a tour for the next day. We had not received any prior emails about this aside from the ticket download. By then, all other tours were booked, leaving us very let down.
