Awful experience. There was no water in the room, and both dinner and breakfast were disappointing. I arrived at 5 PM and was returned to Sandakan at 8 AM to avoid further issues.
Our experience was fantastic; we spotted 4 of the 5 animals. We spent 1 night and 2 days immersed in the jungle, and being so close to nature was truly wonderful.
The organization was excellent overall. However, my concern was that the guide seemed eager to impress and spoke constantly, making it difficult to fully appreciate the experience with the animals. It felt like he was practicing his English rather than allowing the moment to unfold quietly. Despite this, I believe the team worked hard to ensure everything ran smoothly.
