1Embark on a journey through the natural and cultural highlights of the region. Enjoy a panoramic drive through the city before heading to the scenic Quebrada de Zonda, known as the Garden of Poets. Visit the traditional Campos de Olivo olive oil factory to learn about one of the area’s most valued local products, and admire the breathtaking views from the viewpoints of Punta Negra Dam. The experience continues at Finca Sierras Azules Winery, where you will take a guided tour of the estate and finish with a delicious gourmet lunch made with regional products, perfectly paired with the winery’s finest wines, all while enjoying stunning mountain landscapes.
2Discover the essence of San Juan’s wine culture in an experience that blends landscapes, history, and unforgettable flavors. The tour takes you to the heart of the San Juan valley to visit the renowned Putruele Winery, surrounded by vast and lush vineyards that create a truly unique natural setting. There, you will explore the fascinating winemaking process, walking through its most remarkable spaces while aromas and colors awaken your senses. The experience concludes with a carefully curated wine tasting, paired with regional delicacies that enhance every flavor. A perfect ending to an unforgettable day celebrating tradition, nature, and a true passion for Argentine wine.
3This tour is composed by four wineries located in Pocito department, in the south of our province. Visit to the Champagnera Miguel Mas, where they produce homemade champagne using the Charma method and fine wines, Fabril Alto Verde organic winery produces high quality and certificated wines.
4With a duration of half a day, we will travel approximately 60 km in total. Panoramic view of the city and visit to the main points of the city such as Sarmiento's Birthplace, Cathedral Church and Juan Victoria Auditorium. Our tour continues through the Quebrada El Zonda, El Jardín de los Poetas, we will also visit the “Campos de Olivo” olive oil factory and the Finca Sierras Azules Winery with optional tasting. By a quick and safe path we will reach the viewpoints of the Punta Negra Dam, where we can have a wide view of the magnitude of the construction. We will continue on our way to the entrance of the Los Caracoles Dam, the end of this magnificent work. We will return through the department of Ullum where we will visit the last of the dams on the way to the city.
5To the south of the province of San Juan is the Tulum Valley, one of the most important areas of the wine industry. With a dry and temperate climate and an altitude of 600 meters, a great variety of wines are made; from table wines to fine and liquor. Its permeable sandy and clayey alluvial soils are ideal for the practice of viticulture. To complement your trip to San Juan, you cannot miss this tour of the Wine Route to know one of the most important industries and specialties of the country such as wine.
