01On this unforgettable excursion we will see the old abandoned village Curral velho, with its stone houses and the large salt lake. its beach is a nature reserve and the very rare Fragata bird; we will then go to the nature reserve of the beautiful Ervatao beach, where the carreta carreta turtles lay their eggs; we will then continue to the Morro nero lighthouse with a breathtaking view and the colorful villages of the north. 04We cross the dunes of the magical desert of Viana, a true monument of sand created by the wind, then following the old picturesque road we descend to the bay of Boa Esperança where the gutted wreck of the merchantman Cabo Santa Maria is located (more than 300 ships sunk around the island, it is said due to the strong magnetism of the ground which drove the compasses crazy). Then we will arrive at the capital Sal Rei, a former salt export center, the old port is very interesting, dotted with colorful boats. Opposite is Ilheu de Sal Rei, the islet that houses the ruins of a fort built to protect the old village from pirates. In the central square: the Church of S. Isabella, the Municipal Market and various craft shops. MINIMUM 3 PAX

07This will take you on an active adventure to places where even locals don´t come often. During this tour you''ll go off road, visit the shipwreck, drive up the mountain and walk into the canyon. See beautiful views, swim at hidden beaches and finish with a drink at a ocean front restaurant. - Your guide pick you up at your hotel between 8:30 and 9:00 a.m. - The tour starts with a drive through rua pittoreska. Via this remote way we'll drive up to shipwreck cabo santa maria. The shipwreck has been here since 1968. It ran aground because of human error. - Next stop you'll drive up to the mountain overlooking the coast of the island. We'll walk down into the canyon. You end on the beach and walk to the fatima chapel with panoramic view overlooking the sea. - Next you'll walk to a remote beach where you'll have a swim. 08We cross the whole of Boa Vista Island on the famous cobblestone road created by the farmers of the north, to reach the Ervatao nature reserve, an ideal place for the Carreta Carreta turtles to lay their eggs, which normally takes place from June to October. A beautiful beach and a gigantic and secular baobab. We then continue to the Morro Nero lighthouse and the typical colorful and flowery villages, where time seems to have stopped. The round trip takes about 1 hour each way, you can stop to take pictures when you wish. MINIMUM 3 PAX
