They picked us up at the pier, took us to the Mayan ruins, and then to a cenote for swimming and lunch. It was an incredible day that my family, including boys aged 2 and 20, all cherished.
We were the second group to leave the ship and get on the shuttle buses, but upon arriving at the meeting point, we found out the tour guide had already departed 15 minutes earlier. This forced us to find our own way back to the cruise ship. When I contacted customer service, I was informed they would follow up with the local tour company regarding a refund, but I have yet to receive any updates. I wish there was an option to give zero stars.
