“Avoid booking with this company. They were very unprofessional. I arranged a roundtrip transfer for my family, but it turned into a mess. After landing, we waited an hour at the Nexus counter for our private transport. They set an arbitrary pick-up time for our return to the airport, which was 7:45am for my 2:00pm flight—something I never agreed to. I had to pay for another ride from Negril to MBJ, and when I finally reached a representative, I was met with dismissive responses and told to send an email, before they hung up on me. I strongly advise against using this company; it should be investigated for potential fraud.”— niagarao
