Angee provided an excellent narrative about the origins of the SLO Public Market. The food samples were plentiful and tasty, making the entire experience enjoyable and lively. I look forward to another Taste of SLO adventure!
This is an excellent opportunity to experience the flavors and ambiance of the Public Market. Angie was outstanding and very informative. This tour is a must for both locals and visitors!
There is an incredible variety of tasty foods to try! It’s a fantastic opportunity to explore the new Public Market. Angie is charming, amusing, and very well-informed.
What a wonderful experience! We participated in the 'Public Market' Taste of SLO, and every bite of our dishes had us saying "mmm." On our ride home, we found it hard to choose a favorite dish since everything was so delicious. Some flavor pairings truly exceeded our expectations. Angee was our guide, and she thoroughly explained the dining concepts, the ingredients for each dish, the restaurant owners' stories, and the history of 'Public Market.' It was all quite fascinating.
I enjoy food tours, and Angee really knows how to deliver a fantastic experience! We shared delicious food and drinks, had fun, and even walked a little. By the end, we were satisfied and had made new friends. Everything was delicious and well-organized. This is a must-do if you're in town.
As a local familiar with all the restaurants visited on the food tour, I was pleasantly surprised to discover new dishes I would typically overlook. I particularly enjoyed the Paella from Jeffrey's so much that I returned the next day with my family to order it again. Regardless of whether you're a local or a visiting foodie, this tour guarantees satisfaction and a desire for more. I'm looking forward to joining the slow food tours next. Thank you, Angee, for being such an excellent guide.
This was my first food tour experience, and it truly exceeded my expectations. Angee was exceptional, making it a fun adventure. Although I've lived in SLO for nearly 12 years, I hadn't explored Paso much, so this was a delightful experience. My friends and I enjoyed meeting both locals and visitors while tasting delicious offerings from different local businesses, even with the rain. I appreciated the itinerary, which included six fantastic stops: Sabor & Sazon, Jeffry’s Wine Country BBQ, Serial Wines, Just Baked, Ziggy’s, Negranti for dessert, and Alchemist’s Garden. I'm really looking forward to trying the tours in SLO next. I highly recommend this for great value and a wonderful time with others.
