After that we will go to my house and we will make Pasta from scratch...the typical one " Bigoli" made with an ancient press ( that kind of press was invented in the 1600 and it is called "Bigolaro") ...you will well come with our Cicchetti , a venetian appetizer , and at the end you will make our well-known dessert invented in my region...Tiramisù!
