When the system functioned properly, it was outstanding. The audio was clear and filled with fascinating insights. Unfortunately, we encountered a 15-minute delay due to one-lane traffic, and it didn't work again until we got lucky. I missed several pieces of information, as I experienced new insights on the return trip. I attempted to switch from the SOUTH route to the NORTH route but was unable to do so without the password. I retrieved the password from my hotel computer, but that didn't resolve the issue. When I called for assistance, a helpful person with an Indian accent informed me that I only had access to one direction for $15, which was unexpected. After checking the initial details, I couldn’t find anything stating I had purchased only one direction. The information provided is excellent, which is why I rated it a 3. I had intended to take the North route this afternoon, but now it's too late, and I have to leave tomorrow.
