The one-hour jet ski rental was a fantastic experience for my teens and me. The staff were friendly and efficient, getting us set up swiftly. The jet skis were well-maintained, and Causeway was an excellent choice due to their spacious rental area. Unlike another company with a limited space that forced riders to go in circles, we had the freedom to enjoy a much larger area. We really loved this rental experience and highly recommend this company.
I had a really disappointing experience. The communication from Causeway Watersports was poor; they warned us not to get too close but didn’t mention we would be removed for being just 100 feet apart. It felt like a complete waste of money.

We arrived 30 minutes early; after checking in with others, we participated in a thorough safety briefing that provided valuable guidance for enjoying our ride safely, which was especially beneficial for my teenagers. The staff was excellent, and we loved exploring the large riding area in the sound. We had a fantastic time and are considering a tour for our next outing. Gabe, one of the guides, was patient and thorough in explaining the easy controls, which helped ease my anxiety. They truly prioritized safety while making the whole experience enjoyable and fun. I quickly got the hang of it and even went fast! The prices are reasonable, and the staff is excellent. I would give it 5 stars.
