03Every guest, regardless of their daily activities and visits, must eat. What they will experience in this cooking class is a unique opportunity to watch and participate in the preparation of Macedonian traditional food. More specifically, we are oriented towards local food from our region. In this cooking class we will focus on one or two dough dishes that have been prepared since a long time ago, according to an old recipe. The exclusivity is that the guest will learn how to prepare them and cannot order them anywhere, in any restaurant, to eat them. Here the guest will participate in all stages of preparation and will enjoy the taste of traditional local food, ecologically treated and grown with a lot of love. Everything they will eat is locally produced, from their own garden and farm, or picked from the mountain or borrowed from a local farmer. This is a unique opportunity to experience Macedonia through participating in the preparation of its food.

05You'll learn new cooking techniques that can easily be repeated at home. I was fortunate enough to grow up among the best cooks, my grandmother and my mother. Let the food be our language. I will introduce you how the ingredients can be made at home. In the past times people didn't have many ingredients and used their skills to make the best possible meal. The most important thing in Macedonian cuisine is that the dishes are made from only a few ingredients and you must use your imagination to make the testiest dish from the available products. Vegetarians are welcomed. Please let me know in advance if you have any dietary restrictions.
