A key feature of this visit is the stop at a traditional Halwa factory to discover how this well-known Omani sweet is prepared, along with a tasting of various fresh options. • The itinerary will then proceed to the historic village of Al Aqr, where participants will gain insight into the genuine Omani way of life. A highlight here will be a traditional lunch featuring 'Omani Shuwa'—meat that has been slow-cooked for 24 hours in an underground oven. Guests will learn about the preparation of this cultural dish while enjoying a delightful meal in a tranquil, traditional atmosphere that exemplifies Omani hospitality.
