Reviews
The tickets I bought did not grant me access to the location, and I had to buy new ones. I did not receive any refund.
Our recent trip to the American Dream was quite alarming due to a disturbing incident. A ride became stuck on the track, leaving my wife, our friends, and me quite shaken. We're thankful that no one was physically harmed, but the possibility of a serious accident was frightening. Additionally, one of the staff assured us a refund would be processed, but we have yet to receive it. Ultimately, we feel very let down by the safety issues encountered and the absence of follow-up regarding the refund.
Our family visited America for the first time and had a fantastic experience. The indoor amusement park, located just outside the largest US city, was enjoyable, though quite crowded. We visited on December 29, and I was impressed by the cleanliness with all rides operational. The only reason I rated it 4 stars was due to the limited number of ride operators. Although the lines appeared short, the process for each ride took too long, with one ride taking nearly 7 minutes to restart despite empty seats available. The Paw Patrol Tower was a favorite among my kids, with fun, fast slides, and my 3-year-old is still talking about our picture with Marshall. Tip: arrive right when it opens at 10am, as it gets busier by noon and is very crowded by 2-3pm. I plan to return.
Good morning, Yesterday, my family and I visited the American Dream Mall to celebrate my granddaughter's birthday, and it was our first time there. We were looking forward to enjoying the various attractions. While my husband and I observed the kids on the rides, we decided to buy two hoodies from the Nickelodeon kiosk at the back. We asked a staff member, whom I believe was named Wendy, if she had medium and XL sizes in blue or red. She told us we would have to search through the pile ourselves. Regrettably, she remained preoccupied with her phone and displayed a dismissive attitude, leaving us to sift through a disorganized mix of children’s and adult hoodies without any help. Despite being the only customers, we received no support. Her behavior was discouraging and detracted from what should have been a memorable day for our family. I hope Wendy can receive retraining in customer service so she understands the significance of making customers feel valued and assisted. A more friendly and attentive approach would greatly improve the experience for families like ours.
We had an enjoyable experience as a family of four, with two adults and two kids aged 10 and 1.5 years. We arrived around noon and spent five hours at the park. The crowd was minimal, allowing us to ride everything several times; my eldest enjoyed the purple ride at least six times with no waiting. The park was clean, and the staff were friendly. My youngest had fun in the Paw Patrol play area and was able to enjoy a few rides at the front of the park. Overall, we definitely felt we got our money's worth, especially visiting during the off-peak season.
I bought tickets to American Dream Nickelodeon Park for my children and me, but after a long journey, the QR code was unreadable and my reservation was missing. The agent I spoke to said he would resend the code, but it still didn’t work. I ended up having to pay for the tickets again at the counter and request a refund from Viator. The staff there mentioned that issues like this happen frequently with this company. It was incredibly frustrating, especially after traveling for hours with two small kids. It’s easy for them to offer a refund when they are the ones at fault. What if I hadn't had enough money to buy the tickets again? How could I explain that to my children? Avoid this company at all costs.
The park is pleasant, but there aren't enough attractions for younger kids. It seems to cater more to teenagers around 15 and older since most rides are quite thrilling. It was fine overall. I suggest opting for the basic 4-hour pass, as I managed to see the whole park in just 3 hours and had nothing else to occupy my time. I regret spending too much since I wasn't aware of this, plus several rides were closed.
We traveled from France to Nickelodeon Universe at American Dream specifically for the roller coasters, purchasing two All Access Passes for $151.55. Unfortunately, three of the coasters were closed during our visit, leaving us with very few experiences for the price we paid. This was especially frustrating after our long journey, and with our departure tomorrow, we won't have the chance to come back. I really hope for improvements in maintenance and reliability, as situations like this are very disappointing for thrill-seekers who travel from afar.
This experience is enjoyable and thrilling for the entire family. The rides are fantastic without being excessively scary.
The rides made me feel quite ill, and my 3-year-old nearly fell out. He was hanging from the side of the roller coaster by his shirt while his 17-year-old sister tried to pull him up. The staff appeared very young; one was only 19. My daughter was shouting at him to stop, but he didn’t listen and seemed to speed up instead. I cannot heartily recommend this park for families with young children.
