This is the best water park and play area. My family and I had a fantastic day, and I highly recommend it. We'll definitely be returning soon.
The reservation did not process on Viator's end, leading to a dreadful experience. My child and I spent hours trying to reach someone for assistance to enter the park. I ended up paying for entry again and the operator informed me there was no supervisor available to help. I just want my money back; it feels like I was taken advantage of.
The park itself was nice, but I had a very frustrating experience booking through Viator. I mistakenly selected the wrong visit date and reached out to them for help on the correct date, but my tickets were unused. Instead of resolving the issue, I was only instructed to contact the local provider, who was unreachable and couldn't change my Viator booking. Viator itself refused to assist or provide a credit, strictly adhering to their internal policy despite my timely communication and the fact that the tickets weren't used. Overall, I felt neglected and bounced around without anyone taking responsibility. A reliable travel platform should assist customers with genuine booking errors rather than rely on inflexible rules.
We celebrated my daughter's birthday with friends for the first time at this beautiful and very clean location. Everyone had a fantastic time enjoying the amazing wave pool, which was a warm 83 degrees on my Apple Watch. There were plenty of water rides, making it a very fun day. We'll definitely return.
We visited the waterpark yesterday during spring break. Although there was plenty of seating when we arrived shortly after 10:15 AM, almost all the chairs were dirty with various stains and grime. I had to find a cleaning staff member to ask them to wipe down a row of chairs for my daughter and me. It seems the cleaning staff don’t come in before opening or after closing to maintain cleanliness. Given the current concerns about Covid, I would expect better hygiene practices at such a pricey waterpark; $100 a ticket should guarantee clean seating. Additionally, the restrooms and changing areas were in poor condition with trash everywhere, including bottles and underwear on the floors. The bathrooms were particularly foul-smelling and unsightly. The level of cleanliness is unacceptable for an establishment like this, and I have no intention of returning unless they improve their cleaning protocols. I would recommend that anyone with a weak immune system avoid this place.
A fantastic destination for a trip with family and friends, this water park is one of the best attractions near New York, just a short drive away.
I enjoyed a solo day away from NYC. The indoor waterpark was clean and enjoyable, with friendly staff and excellent rides. Even in winter, the sunny windows made the park feel warm and inviting. Visiting mid-week during the off-season was quite relaxing. Overall, it was a wonderful day.
This company is the worst option for purchasing tickets. You should buy directly from American Dream, as they offer more options and assistance in case of changes or issues. Viator doesn't provide any guarantees or support. While American Dream and the park are great, you cannot rely on Viator for ticket purchases. Avoid using this site.
This experience in North Carolina was fantastic. If you're searching for a charming hotel and water park combo with a fun atmosphere, look no further. My family and I went for a fun getaway, and to our surprise, Shrek greeted us upon arrival. The only downside was that the water tasted a bit sweet, but overall it was a stunning trip.
We had an amazing day celebrating the kids' birthdays. It was so much fun, and the family will remember these great memories for a long time.
