1The guide will meet you near the Windmill and accompany you throughout the entire 2 hour tour. The guide will distribute audio guide devices and headphones to you. You'll listen to the tour recording in your own language. You'll move comfortably, and take photos, all allowing you to not stand next to the guide but listen to the tour from a distance. The guide will raise a sign with the number of the object, and you will enter this number on the audio guide. You'll visit 15 landmarks and cultural monuments in Nessebar. The tour ends with a visit to the winery, where you will be treated to the best wines and you can try their great taste yourself. 7Looking to go somewhere different than the beach? Enjoy a memorable wine tasting of 5 medal-winning wines combined with a history tour at the family-owned local winery DiVes! The tasting is accompanied by appetizers and water: - Rhodopean trout with a Muscat; - Vegetables (fresh and dried) from Thrace with a Rosé; - Bulgarian cheese from Plovdiv region with a Merlot; - Lukanka (local salami) from Stara Planina Mountain with a Pamid (the oldest Bulgarian wine variety); - Chocolate sticks with DiVes Sweet wine. The winery offers a big tasting hall for 50 people and a free bus/car parking. Our greatest honor has been to be recognized for the high quality of DiVes Estate wines at the most prestigious wine competition globally, Decanter World Wine 2014, with the first time ever Gold Medal awarded to Bulgaria, for our Merlo Barrique Special Selection 2012. 8Nessebar is unique. It's worth exploring. It's one of the oldest towns in Bulgaria, Nessebar has since 1983 been included in The UNESCO list of world cultural monuments. The old quarter of the town, situated on the Nessebar peninsula and linked to the mainland by a narrow isthmus, is a meeting place of bygone times. This walking tour offers the customers to get some insights of a Bulgarian city, ancient part of which is placed on a peninsula. Nessebar's first settlements are dated II centuries B.C. Walking along narrow streets, each corner of which is going to tell you a fascinating story from the long-distant past of the place, you will get an opportunity to visit Christ Pantokrat’s church, then churches of St. Stefan and St. Ioan Aliturghetos.
