Regarding the group arrangement, I think it would be beneficial for the company to consider offering discounts for groups that don’t fully comprise eight people. Sometimes it would be preferable to pay a bit more for an exclusive buggy ride instead of sharing with others whose behavior can detract from the experience. We encountered a disruptive couple that negatively affected everyone. Paying an additional 360 for exclusivity felt excessive when we could have used that amount for another tour. A compromise option would be very appealing and likely utilized by many groups. I also want to extend my gratitude to Vaqueiro and Antonio, who provided exceptional service on our other tours; they were truly special to our family.”— layslagabrielab
