• The tour commences at Chokramudi Peak, a relatively untouched and distinctive location. It is among the highest points in Munnar, located in the Idukki district of Kerala, at an elevation of approximately 7,200 feet. This peak is set apart from other mountain ranges and offers impressive views of the tea plantations, Idukki Dam, and Anamudi Peak. • Chokramudi Peak is situated within Eravikulam National Park, meaning that certain formalities must be completed with the Forest Department prior to the trek. The area features dense evergreen Shola forests and hosts a rich variety of wildlife, including Nilgiri Tahrs, Gaurs, and Asian Elephants. • The final segment of the tour brings us to Pothamedu Viewpoint. This site is one of the places in Munnar that invigorates visitors with its refreshing ambiance. It showcases an endless expanse of tea plantations, lush meadows, and vehicles cautiously navigating the winding roads below. • The viewpoint provides a sweeping panorama of Munnar and its neighboring hills, which are adorned with coffee, cardamom, pepper plantations, and tea. Participants trek through these landscapes to reach this scenic overlook.
