Reviews
We were billed for a ginger ale, and I think a soda should have been included since we paid $100 per person for the dinner cruise. They also charged extra for dessert. Patrick did his best given the number of tables he had to manage.
The food quality was disappointing; it was undercooked and cold. The chicken was fatty and not fully cooked, and the shrimp didn't seem cooked properly either.
My family and I, a group of 16, had an amazing experience. The food was tasty and the music was fantastic. We're looking forward to doing it again.
The boat experience was decent and the views stunning. However, for $100, I expected dessert to be part of the meal. The beef was on the dry side. Overall, while the meal didn't justify the cost, we still had an enjoyable time.
Patrick provided exceptional service; I would rate him ten out of ten. I would certainly return for another experience.
Patrick was a wonderful server and exceptionally kind. I can't wait to return for another experience.
The overall experience was decent, though a bit underwhelming. The views were lovely, but the large and loud party on the cruise wasn't ideal, which isn't the cruise’s fault. The musician performed well, especially towards the end. My dish was tasty, while others in my group found theirs to be just okay. It turned out to be a nice evening, particularly as it was Mother's Day weekend. It was surprising that dessert wasn't included in the initial cost and came as an extra charge. However, our waitress kindly brought out a chocolate mousse dessert for the table to celebrate my dad's birthday and my daughter's graduation, which was a nice touch.
It was an enjoyable evening. I was a bit confused initially about which entrance to use, but the food was excellent, the staff were courteous, and the music was great.
My husband and I had a wonderful experience on the boat ride. We were paired with a couple that fit our vibe perfectly. The music was fantastic; the musician offered a great variety and was very talented on the guitar. We enjoyed every moment!
Our recent cruise on May 15, 2026, was extremely disappointing. We celebrated my husband's birthday, but the dining area was uncomfortably hot with no air conditioning. Despite being respectful, we were asked to "keep it down" due to complaints from an older group behind us. This was upsetting for a special occasion, and I hope to discuss how these issues can be resolved. Thank you for your attention.
