This two-hour sunrise tour takes you deep into Monument Valley, guided by a knowledgeable Navajo guide. Starting early in the morning, you'll head towards the famed Totem Pole to catch the sunrise, where the light transforms the landscape into a breathtaking display.
After the sunrise, enjoy a live performance at the Big Hogan Arch, featuring a talented musician, creating an acoustic experience in the natural amphitheatre. This was a lovely morning tour lasting about 3 hours, though each stop felt a bit hurried to catch the sunrise. The van accommodates six people, and it's warm inside during the cool mornings. Our guide was friendly and shared plenty of information. Note that the tour does not cover the Monument Valley admission fee, which must be paid at the exit or online using a card only. It's more suitable for adults. There was one bathroom break, but the facilities were quite neglected, which was surprising for such an early hour. Overall, it was a beautiful scenic experience, though it was disheartening to see the living conditions of the homesteads along the route.
