This tour was absolutely fantastic. We experienced many guided tours, but this one stood out as the best. The views were breathtaking, and Comie was wonderful—very informative and patient. If you take only one tour, make it this one.
This was a wonderful and laid-back experience. We explored multiple sites with stunning views, and we had ample time to enjoy stargazing or capturing photos at our leisure. The guide was friendly and well-informed, assisting us in optimizing our phone cameras for great shots.
Participating in the Monument Valley Stargazing Tour at the end of January was an extraordinary experience. Our guide, Cheryl, was wonderful—her humor, friendliness, and extensive knowledge of Navajo culture and nighttime photography were impressive. The incredible photos she helped us capture were jaw-dropping. Listening to her insights about Navajo beliefs regarding the monuments enriched the scenery, creating a truly unforgettable night. We're grateful for the opportunity to explore your beautiful land.
This experience was wonderful. It's a must for anyone wanting to see the night sky in such a stunning part of the USA. Our guide, Comasheena, was an exceptional instructor, assisting everyone with their cameras to capture the night sky. She was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable.
The nighttime tour provided a unique experience with stunning views of the stars. It lasts more than 2 hours, so it's advisable to have dinner beforehand.
The experience was peaceful and intimate, and my tour guide was exceptional. However, it's crucial to double-check your ticket details with the company, as my name wasn't on the list upon arrival and the meeting instructions were vague. I had purchased my ticket on Friday for a Saturday tour, which should have been confirmed since my card was charged. Had I not met the other two participants by the tour buses, I would have waited in the hotel lobby as instructed, and no one would have been there to assist me. With a three-hour drive to get there and $190 spent, it would have been disappointing to miss it.
The guide was fantastic, and the stargazing was stunning. We even spotted a UFO! I picked up some useful tips on astronomy photography that I can’t wait to experiment with myself.
The tour departs from the View hotel, and our guide Sabrina was exceptional. The park is pitch black at night. Most modern smartphones can capture impressive photos with the appropriate settings, so it's beneficial to do some prior research to adjust your phone. Sabrina helped me with my setup, resulting in stunning pictures that surpassed those taken by others using costly stargazing equipment. This experience stands out as one of my favorites.
We were grateful for the option to cancel at the last minute because of terrible weather, and we received a full refund. It was a classy setup.
We experienced the Stargazing Tour with Comasheena, and it was truly mesmerizing. By the end, everyone had mastered photographing breathtaking starry skies with either their phone or camera. She brought along tripods and shared fascinating stories about her life as a Navajo, both now and in her childhood. Though it is the priciest tour, it is certainly worth every cent. The knowledge gained lasts a lifetime, and the opportunity to be in Monument Valley at night is exceptional. It was simply stunning and magical.
