“Using Black Tie was an excellent decision. They delivered and fitted our skis the evening we arrived in Mammoth at 6pm, and the service was punctual. The ski equipment was high quality, and being fitted indoors made the experience comfortable and relaxed. They don't charge until your skiing day, and promptly pick up the gear when you're finished. “I rented a snowboard, boots, and bindings for my son from Black Tie for our weekend trip to Mammoth. The equipment arrived at our room on schedule, and the fitting process was excellent. Having the gear delivered allowed us to go directly to the lifts the next morning without worrying about rental lines. On the second day, we realized my son needed a longer board, so I contacted Black Tie, and they met us at the Mammoth Mountain Inn lobby within a couple of hours for the swap at no extra cost. The service was outstanding. Although it's a bit more expensive than hotel rentals, it’s absolutely worth it. Returning the equipment was simple; we just left it with the Bell Desk.”— ttph
