Very misleading information, as there were no times listed. After booking through Orbitz, the time window showed only 7am-9am. We booked about eight hours in advance intending for a 10am tour, but when we couldn't make it, we were informed that it was non-refundable. A complete rip-off. I do not recommend this.

The drop-off location can be confusing until you start, as there are steps leading down to the path that aren't mentioned until you use the guide. The audio tour is engaging and relates fascinating information based on your location, and it was amazing to see all the seals along the coast. However, I encountered an issue with an automated text directing me to a non-existent webpage, though I could still follow the email instructions.
The app didn't function properly, making it a waste of money. I spent too much time attempting to make it work before ultimately giving up.
