While entry into the museum is not part of the tour, you will discover the history of Wisteria Cottage and interesting details about Jenny. • St. James by the Sea is an attractive church, though the current structure is not the original. Information about its history will be shared. • Ground Zero La Jolla is rich in history, and notable photos will be provided at this significant intersection. • The Cave Store is the second longest-running business in La Jolla (the oldest will also be visited). You’ll hear about the original owner's decision to create a tunnel to Sunny Jim’s cave and the identity of Sunny Jim. • La Jolla Cove features scenic caves, sea lions, and cormorant rookeries. • A park located south of La Jolla Cove stretches between La Jolla Cove and Children’s Pool, known for its stunning views. • This is Ellen Scripps’ last gift to La Jolla during her lifetime, featuring a picturesque break wall and a large seal population. • The Wedding Bowl and the La Jolla Tide Pools will also be included in the visit.
