The landscapes were stunning, and I enjoyed beautiful, magical moments with my partner. The group was friendly, and our tour guide was both pleasant and knowledgeable. Everything ran on schedule, and the Chusmiza hot springs and lunch were excellent.
Out of the eight services promised in the advertisement, only two were provided. Key attractions like the Enquelga Hot Springs and the Geysers of Puchuldiza were not included. The guide never informed us of these omissions. When I brought it up with her, she claimed the itinerary was unrealistic for a single day. Efforts to address this with Altos del Norte Travel have gone unanswered.
