Reviews
Our goal was to visit Peggy's Cove, and unlike other excursions that offered only 30 minutes, we were thrilled to have 75 minutes thanks to TripAdvisor. It was a fantastic experience without time constraints. The driver was competent, but Andy Smith, our guide, truly exceeded expectations.
Bob, our historian, and Rob, our bus driver, were both friendly and excellent. They provided a wealth of information. I highly recommend this trip to everyone.
Excellent tour. I appreciated Bret's commentary, which was very informative. I highly recommend trying the lobster roll at Peggy's Cove.
The guide was highly knowledgeable and eager to respond to questions. The views were stunning, and there was ample time to enjoy exploring the cove.
The journey offered a lot of interesting information, and our guide, Brett, was both insightful and humorous. Peggy's Cove was merely average. Initially, I was concerned that 1.5 hours wouldn't suffice for exploring the shops and grabbing lunch, but it ended up being adequate. Aside from a nice photo opportunity and a couple of tiny shops, there wasn't much to enjoy.
This was a wonderful experience in a classic Nova Scotia setting, led by a knowledgeable guide well-versed in the region's history. I would gladly do it again and highly recommend it.
The trip to Peggy's Cove was intriguing, but it was overly crowded. We faced long waits at the restaurant and there wasn't sufficient time to eat, with limited snack options for those who needed something quick. However, the guide was lovely.
The tour was exceptional in every way; the bus was clean and comfortable. Joe, our driver, was excellent, and Annetta, our guide, was incredibly knowledgeable, which made the experience truly enjoyable. I loved learning about the history of Halifax and Peggy’s Cove. I'm very grateful for it!
Peggy's Cove was stunning, resembling a postcard scene. I strongly suggest taking a tour here. Our guide and driver provided a wealth of knowledge during the trip.
There was no transportation provided to reach the meeting point. The description indicated it was close to the cruise, but in reality, it was quite far away.
