This agency offers French-speaking guides, a rarity in Ecuador where English is the primary foreign language. The owner, WIM, is Belgian, which is convenient. My wife and I worked with Celeste and Peggy, both of whom demonstrated exceptional skill and kindness. Their prices are very competitive as well, around US$80 for a 3-hour tour in Guayaquil, including a guide and driver.
Celeste was incredible; her enthusiasm and pride for Guayaquil were evident through her extensive knowledge. We enjoyed every moment of the tour, which exceeded our expectations.
Christian served as our guide, while William was our driver, picking us up from the hotel. We visited Iguana Park, the Metropolitan Cathedral of Guayaquil, and the AeroVia. Christian was knowledgeable, providing detailed answers to our inquiries and sharing cultural and historical insights. He also took us to a chocolate shop to explain the process and treat us to some ice cream. At the end of the trip, he kindly recommended a lovely restaurant for lunch and a nearby coffee shop. William was a polite driver who took great care of us. My friends and I had a wonderful experience.

This tour provides an excellent overview of the city, and I highly recommend it. It's best to schedule it in the morning when the weather is cooler and crowds are smaller. Peggy and Guillermo were fantastic guides.
We really appreciated the amazing tour. Everything went smoothly, and both our driver Elvis and tour guide Peggy were outstanding and accommodating. The tour was in German. Our favorite parts included the cable car ride, Iguana Park, and Malecon 2000, which had a playground for our 4-year-old son. With Peggy's assistance, we were able to shop for a Panama hat and other souvenirs. I was glad to tip the driver for the excellent pickup from our cruise ship, as we were truly pleased. The old town was also wonderful. They ensured we felt secure in what could have been a risky yet fascinating city.
I went on this tour on Christmas Day. Although a few places were closed due to the holiday, the lack of traffic was a benefit. Diana, our guide, was excellent—knowledgeable and enjoyable. She also provided great recommendations for dining and snacks.
