My experience on the tour was unfortunately marred by a self-inflicted injury on the bus. I want to clarify that I am not blaming the company for this incident. However, I am updating my review due to the prompt response I received from the General Manager, which I found impressive. He acknowledged my concerns and shared them with his team, who are now working on new procedures to enhance client comfort. These improvements will incorporate reasonable break times and opportunities to enjoy local food, drinks, and shopping, which I find very encouraging. I will continue to choose this company for excursions, especially in Barbados, where their trips are excellent. On a personal note, this cruise has motivated me to learn Spanish, and I am determined to do so, even if it requires listening to lessons while I sleep. Overall, this company shows a strong commitment to its travelers, and that dedication is greatly appreciated.
