The boat trip to North Shore was enjoyable with attentive staff. I appreciated the interesting insights about Door County. I recommend sitting on the upper level since it was difficult to hear the guide downstairs.
Don't forget to take a light jacket. The boat ride was pleasant, and I appreciated learning about the local history. You can also bring along a cooler and a sandwich if you'd like.
We enjoyed a pleasant ride, even with the light rain and 66-degree temperature. The guide was excellent, sharing many interesting facts. I would definitely recommend this experience.
Chuck provided an excellent narration filled with rich history and entertaining stories. I brought my friends Deb and Terry from New Glarus, and they both agreed it was a fantastic experience.
An excellent way to experience Door County from the water. The crew was enjoyable and well-informed. The boat provided comfort and security.
After a long 5-hour drive for our booked boat trip, we arrived to find out there was no boat available as they claimed to have texted us about a breakdown and closing for the season. We had poor reception while traveling and never received any text. The emails we got were from Trip Advisor and buried the important information in a confusing format, topped with suspicious warnings. They failed to reach out directly, and overall, we are extremely dissatisfied and won’t be using their services again.
The two-hour boat ride from Sister Bay to Lake Michigan was delightful. It offered an excellent opportunity to experience the beauty of the peninsula.
I thoroughly enjoyed the boat tour we took from Sister Bay to Death's Door, which lasted about two hours, possibly a little longer. The boat was comfortable, the views were lovely, and I appreciated that our guide focused on sharing meaningful information rather than excessive chatter.
The captain, first mate, and bartender provided an excellent experience. I truly enjoyed the trip and the stories shared along the way. Thank you, Sharon.
The Death's Door tour was fantastic. Our narrator, Chuck, was both humorous and knowledgeable. The staff was friendly, and the driver made sure to slow down or stop for us to take in the sights. Be sure to bring a jacket; it was 75 degrees when we set out, but the cold air from the water made it chilly, and I was cold even in a sweatshirt. Underneath, it was warm. The boat had a bit of a rock to it, but it wasn’t enough to cause any discomfort. I highly recommend this tour and plan to take more with them.
