This experience is excellent for those who can ride, but if you aren’t confident or have a small child, it might not be the best choice, as it could negatively affect others when you struggle.

The motorbike adventure was fantastic, with our guide Carlos providing excellent service tailored to our preferences. I appreciate Carlos and the company for that memorable experience. However, the lunch venue and open bar were lacking. Although we enjoyed decent food and drinks, it was frustrating that vendors continuously approached us, leaving no room to relax. We experienced an issue with our waiter, Jaime, who misinterpreted the tip, suggesting he should receive $30-40 from a $67 bill. After that, he became unresponsive to us despite the remaining 45 minutes of open bar service, and he even showed disrespect towards my wife at times. We ultimately had to involve management to ensure our contracted services were honored.

Carlos, I believe that was his name, did a great job! We explored Costa Maya and Mahahual on ATVs. Although we couldn't complete the entire tour due to seaweed cleanup, Carlos compensated for the lost time by taking us to a local beach with a bar. He also made stops at a few scenic spots for pictures. The beach included in the tour was decent, but there was a lot of soliciting; it felt like every minute someone approached us trying to sell something.
