We had an amazing experience! Our cruise ship arrived late, which led to the cancellation of the first part of our excursion. However, visiting the Seven Colors lagoon was incredible. Our guide was excellent, sharing extensive knowledge about the region. One participant joined this tour specifically to see the stromatolites, the oldest living organisms on Earth, which are thriving in this location. Overall, it was a wonderful excursion.

Everything was fantastic. Just a heads up, it can be challenging to locate the meeting point. Inside the port, there are many shops, and you'll need to navigate through them to find the exit. After passing through security and taxis, continue until you reach a tower. The hosts were excellent—friendly, knowledgeable, and considerate. You will experience some ruins and aspects of Mayan culture. We opted for lunch before visiting the lagoon, which was enjoyable. Following that, we hopped on a pontoon boat to explore two stunning swimming spots in the lagoon. Our host, Carol, constantly checked if we needed anything, including drinks and snacks. Our boat driver provided cut pineapple and mangoes for us while we were in the water, having picked them up beforehand. Rafael was our driver, ensuring our safety. I would definitely recommend this tour with this company.
The experience was fantastic, though we felt rushed since it took over an hour to reach our destination. The sights were stunning, and the lunch was excellent. Our guide, Leo, was exceptional; I would rate him 10 stars if possible. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming, connecting well with our baby and quieter son. He provided great insights about Mexico, Mayan culture, and other cultures. Thank you, Leo and our driver, for a memorable experience! I just wish we had more time.

Our guide, Juan, was exceptional in sharing his knowledge about Chaccoben and the Mayan culture. We enjoyed plentiful food and drinks, with a lovely lunch by the lagoon. Juan was attentive, answering all our questions and keeping us on track. We returned to the port promptly. I highly recommend this excursion, but if you are prone to motion sickness, consider taking medication since the drive lasts about an hour each way.
