Jocelyn truly excelled at providing care for my mom and me during our experience. She offered great insights into the history of the cenotes and lagoons. The coordination with our ship's timing was excellent. Although I can’t recall the names of our boat and shuttle drivers, they ensured our safety throughout. We enjoyed refreshing Mexican drinks and fruit, which added to the experience. I highly recommend this to anyone and plan to return next year.
This experience is absolutely not to be missed. The company went above and beyond to accommodate us, which was greatly appreciated. The staff was exceptionally friendly, making us feel right at home. The lagoon and boat ride were stunning, and overall, the experience was breathtaking. If I had to recommend just one activity during this cruise, it would definitely be this one—you won't regret it.
The guide and driver exceeded our expectations. While we waited for the other group to arrive at the van, they took us to a nearby spot at the port to ensure we didn't miss it. They also offered complimentary beer and tequila shots and even stopped for us to sample honey pineapple. We will definitely book with this company for future tours.
We had an incredible experience with our guide Jocelyn. Although our cruise shortened our shore time by two hours, my daughter and I ended up with a private tour. Jocelyn, along with her captain, ensured we had an amazing time despite the time constraints. Her knowledge of the history and area is impressive, and her personality is delightful. The tour involved about an hour's drive to the boat, an hour on the water, and Jocelyn coordinated our food takeout and managed to get us back to the ship on time—all within four hours. We enjoyed honey pineapple and drinks, and she even took our pictures with her waterproof phone kit. Despite a rainy start and the reduced schedule, we had a fantastic private tour thanks to Jocelyn and her team. One thing to note: it took a 20-30 minute walk from the ship port to meet our guide, and the directions weren't entirely clear, but it was worth it. Highly recommend this experience! This tour is a must for anyone visiting the lagoon. Yocelin was exceptional, sharing extensive knowledge about the lagoon, its history, and the surrounding area. Our driver and captain were fantastic as well. I enjoyed every aspect of this experience.
This was the highlight of our entire trip! We had a dedicated tour guide, driver, and boat pilot. The Bacalar Lagoon was stunning and a joy to swim in. The pineapple was also delightful! We highly recommend this experience.
This excursion was fantastic. The water was stunning, and I appreciated the time for swimming. We enjoyed delicious pineapple while in the water, and I liked the visit to a local fruit stand on the way back. The only downside was that the planned restaurant was closed, but we found an alternative quickly. Refreshments were available throughout the tour, which was a nice touch. However, the meeting point was quite far from the ship, outside the gate.
This was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. It is absolutely worth participating in. Our guide Joslyn (not certain about the spelling) was excellent.
This excursion with the Mayan Princess was fantastic. Finding the location was straightforward. Despite facing rudeness from another couple on the trip, the staff handled it gracefully, even offering us drinks to make up for it, which was not their fault. The tacos were delicious after a fun time in the lagoon, and I truly appreciated the Mayan temples. Although time was limited, the tour guide was excellent. Overall, it was a fun and unforgettable experience.
