This was an enjoyable experience with stunning views over Lookout Mountain. The pilot and tour guide were friendly, patiently waiting for our Uber in the empty parking lot, which was really nice of them. We took off for exactly 20 minutes instead of the promised 25, so we took off one star for that, but it was still a great time and definitely worth it. I highly recommend this tour.
James was our pilot for a helicopter trip over Lookout Mountain, and it was one of the most amazing experiences I’ve ever had, especially being in Chattanooga. I felt very secure, which was comforting since I was quite nervous. James provided a complete overview of the sights we flew over, making the experience even better. We traveled from Birmingham, AL, and I would definitely do this again. Thanks to Elite Helicopter, and a special shout-out to James! I would give it all the stars possible and recommend it to all my family and friends.

We received a phone call on Tuesday, just two days before our scheduled trip on Thursday, canceling our reservation made weeks in advance. They claimed over the phone they needed to travel to Kentucky, but later stated it was due to needing to inspect the helicopter. It feels dishonest. I would advise selecting a different company. Their lack of integrity led to disappointment, especially ruining a surprise for someone special. I can't express anything positive about their ethics or honesty.
Completing this bucket list item was truly special for us, especially as it was my wife's first helicopter experience. She felt quite anxious, but the pilot was friendly and ensured her comfort throughout the ride. The views were stunning, and we look forward to returning in the fall to witness the changing colors.

The pilot never reached out to inform us that the helicopter required servicing, so we arrived to find no helicopter available. We were saddened and disappointed, especially since this was meant to be an anniversary trip. I'm still awaiting my refund.
