The tour guide was fantastic, very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. She shared her stories along with ours and even captured an image of a spirit. It was a pleasant walk with many beautiful sights. I highly recommend it.
This was the worst tour I have ever experienced. It’s not worth your money. There were no real ghost stories linked to Chattanooga, as most tales were from other areas in Tennessee and Georgia. The guide stuck to a script, but the company should do better research on local hauntings and legends. We actually heard more ghost stories from locals at an ice cream shop. I am very disappointed.
We had a fantastic time on this ghost tour just before Halloween. Our guide, Hillary, was incredibly knowledgeable about Chattanooga's history, enriching each story with detailed insights. Her vibrant personality made the evening engaging, and we learned a lot about our city's true history. We will definitely recommend this tour to our friends.
We had a tour booked for December 2, 2024, but on the morning of the tour, the guide called to warn us about the cold weather and suggested we cancel, despite the website stating “rain or shine.” Initially, we considered canceling until we learned that a refund wasn’t an option. They offered to reschedule, but since we don't live in Chattanooga, returning for an hour-long tour would be a major inconvenience. This was supposed to be our honeymoon, which had already been delayed over two years, and we both work full-time with different schedules and priorities. We would not recommend this business at all. If they can't accommodate cooler months without pressuring customers to cancel without a refund, they shouldn’t offer the tours. Ultimately, we decided to cancel ourselves rather than spend our time with someone who doesn’t seem to care about their customers. This was a complete waste of time and money, and it's no surprise to see this tour rated so poorly in the city.
We took this tour to celebrate my Mom's birthday, and it was a fantastic experience. Lynn, our guide, was knowledgeable, friendly, and humorous, expertly handling some noisy distractions. I strongly recommend this tour, especially with Lynn as your guide.
We took the 9pm tour with Lynn, and she was wonderful. Her knowledge, friendliness, and relatability made the experience enjoyable. I definitely recommend her and suggest requesting Lynn for your tour.
While I'm not particularly into paranormal or frightening subjects, I found this tour to be rich in history, making it more enjoyable than I anticipated. Our guide was both friendly and well-informed, and since we were the only participants, our interaction with her was quite engaging. I should note that the tour focuses more on discussing other locations for paranormal experiences rather than actual experiences, which my husband found somewhat disappointing, but I was content with it.
Whether paranormal or not, the tour was incredibly interesting. Our guide, Lynn, shared a wealth of compelling history. There were genuine instances that felt unusual. Lynn is truly the best guide I’ve ever encountered.
Lynn was fantastic! Her knowledge and information were impressive, keeping everyone engaged from the 8-year-olds to the 65-year-olds.
