I made a booking for transportation to the port for my family, fully paid in advance for both the trip to the port and the return to Orlando after our cruise. When we waited at the hotel, no one arrived, and my calls and messages went unanswered. We were forced to find alternate transport at our own expense and ended up missing our check-in time. They eventually responded with an apology and promised a refund, but after speaking with several people at their company, I have yet to see any refund. They also stopped responding to me. I strongly advise against using their services; it's not worth jeopardizing a special trip.
The service was exceptional, and the vehicle was quite comfortable. Ramiro provided outstanding customer service and was very friendly.
I called to change my reservation after noticing the date error made by the booking service, and the company confirmed it would be updated. However, as we were on our way to the port, I discovered that they had not made the change, resulting in a loss of $175 for a booking that was supposed to be corrected. I also had to arrange another return trip. On the positive side, the driver and vehicle were excellent, but it wasn't their fault that the company failed to deliver on their promise.
The transportation service to and from Port Canaveral and MCO was excellent. Our driver, Jose, was friendly, assisted with our luggage, and was punctual each time. This was a fantastic experience, and we plan to use them again.
The tall black van was beautiful. Ramiro arrived on time, was professional and friendly, and drove safely. It was a wonderful experience.
Transportation was very efficient for our group. The pickups to and from the port and airport were punctual. Last-minute changes due to flight adjustments were handled smoothly. I will be reserving next year's transportation as well.
We booked Best Luxury Transportation for our recent trip to Florida with our family of seven, and they exceeded our expectations. Our journey included three segments: from SFB airport to Disney Springs, from Disney Springs to Port Canaveral, and then returning to MCO airport. We had to change our pickup times twice, and they were flexible and easy to work with. On our final pickup day, our luggage was delayed after disembarking from the cruise, yet our driver remained courteous and kept us updated until we could meet him at the terminal. We have only positive experiences to share and will certainly choose them for future travel.
I would give them a zero if possible. After booking and paying for this non-refundable transportation, the company completely failed to show up, leaving my group of nine stranded after our cruise. To make it worse, I called several times and received no response. I plan to file a complaint with the BBB.
Omar, our driver, was excellent. He arrived on time, and we didn't have to wait long. He was also very pleasant. I highly recommend Best Luxury Travel.
I received an email at midnight requesting confirmation and then they canceled at 5:30 AM before I had a chance to read the emails. As a result, we had to pay more for a different shuttle at the last minute.
