  Only 5 people on boat & no free food -- great snorkeling and staff

  The experience was unusual. While the pick-up service was excellent and on time, we ended up waiting an hour at the location due to delays. My group and I were the only five people on the boat, which was disappointing as we expected a lively party atmosphere. The listing mentioned that food was included, but we found out upon arrival that we would have to pay an additional $20 per person for meals. Although drinks were available, supplies ran out quickly with just the five of us, so there wasn't much chance to enjoy them. On the positive side, the staff was enthusiastic and did their best to enhance our experience. Snorkeling was definitely the highlight, but it lasted only two hours instead of the advertised four. There was a water slide on the boat, but we never stopped to use it or swim in the ocean. I believe experiences like this can vary greatly; with a larger group, it might have been fantastic. Unfortunately, it felt like a miss for us.

  The most bacano boat of all!!!

  We truly enjoyed our experience! The entire crew was fantastic, particularly Joel. My family and I were very pleased. The photographer captured great moments, the food was fresh and tasty, and the trip was memorable. I highly recommend this excursion, and we plan to return.

  Fun day snorkeling and more

  I organized this snorkeling trip somewhat last minute and was fortunate to find an available option. The owner communicated well but was a bit inconsistent about what the trip included and the itinerary. Transportation from the cruise port was arranged smoothly with a driver ready to go for the approximately 50-minute ride. The experience itself was enjoyable, with three different stops for snorkeling and swimming. The kids particularly loved the boat slide. The crew was excellent, especially Joel, who went out of his way to make sure everyone was having a good time, playing upbeat music and encouraging us to dance. He even formed a bond with my 3-year-old, which was a bonus for me. I also purchased the picture package but was not very satisfied. While I appreciate their effort, the overall quality of the photos was disappointing. Though I received the link to access them within 48 hours, I felt many were not well done. Given the price, I had expected much better results. I would recommend improvements in ship maintenance, as some aspects are showing wear, and I expected more food and drink options, which were promised but not fully delivered. I look forward to returning to enjoy more fun with my new friends in Sosua.

  Lack of communication and poor customer service.

  I received notification just an hour before pickup that the boat was damaged and the tour could not take place. I was informed that a refund would be issued, but it was never requested. I ended up having to alert Viator regarding the cancellation and refund myself.

  Bachelorette party

  The crew was very friendly, and we had a wonderful time on the boat. During the snorkeling, we spotted many fish. We felt truly welcomed throughout the experience.

  My visit was god until we received a what’s app msg that the boat engine was not working

  The entire boat activity was canceled due to engine issues. A message was sent to a friend indicating the engine was damaged and suggested rescheduling, but since I leave tomorrow, that isn't possible.

  Do not book!! They are scammers

  They failed to show up despite our confirmation and payment. We even paid for a taxi to the beach, yet no one was there to meet us. They are scammers; avoid booking with them.
