Included in your tour is a complimentary drink of your choice, plus a mamajuana shot, a local herbal drink. For those interested in cigars or even just curious, this experience is worthwhile. It's conveniently located near the port and offers good value. The staff at Vivonte are friendly and warm, making guests feel at home right away with welcoming smiles, wine, and beer. Complimentary cigars are provided during the tour of the boutique cigar factory, which also includes a hands-on cigar-making experience. Our guide, Vayron, was both knowledgeable and kind. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience, and I would gladly bring friends and family along in the future.
If you opt for a taxi to the store, your visit is complimentary. However, the ride given required us to walk about three-quarters of a mile to reach the driver, while taxis are more conveniently located.
The admission fee is low and absolutely worthwhile. You can stay and enjoy drinks for as long as you want, and the cocktail prices are great. This is a fantastic experience with a friendly company that demonstrates the entire process of selecting, rolling, and aging cigars. The quality and flavor of the cigars are impressive, surpassing some pricier brands available online. I would certainly return.
The cigar experience was magnificent. The lounge downstairs is lovely, featuring a walk-in humidor, while the cigar production occurs upstairs. The tour lasted around 30 minutes, and we even had the chance to roll our own cigars. I highly recommend it.
