  “We experienced the Class 3 rafting trip, guided by Alex, who skillfully navigated the river while being friendly and informative about the scenery. Our half-day adventure ran from 1:30 to 6:00, including some bus and loading time. I appreciated the option to purchase 20 action photos afterwards for $66, which averages to $3.30 each. There were Go-Pro mounts available on the helmets, so it’s a good idea to bring your own if you have one. AVA prioritized safety with a pre-trip video and continued guidance on-site; the Class 3 trip was suitable for younger rafters. We were a group of four adults and one 16-year-old, and in hindsight, I would have opted for the Class 4 rafting experience instead. If you're traveling with larger people, I recommend going for the more thrilling rapids.
