Have a substantial breakfast before you go. I brought my own water shoes, but they do offer them for a charge. Be prepared to do some paddling.
I strongly advise against using this service. The management is lacking. We arranged for an 8am shuttle for our 9am rafting appointment, but the shuttle arrived at 9am, causing us to miss our rafting. Despite the shuttle and rafting being operated by the same company, they failed to communicate and resolve the issue.
I had a wonderful time on this experience. Our guide was not only informative and knowledgeable but also quite entertaining. I highly recommend this activity to anyone who appreciates being on a river.

After driving for over an hour to reach the meeting point, I found the doors locked. The local guide canceled our trip without informing us, and the tour operator failed to notify us as well. I would give a zero-star rating if I could.
