The tour was initially just for Kawah Putih, but our guide, Cokey, suggested we also visit Rengganis Crater, which added another 100,000 rupiah and an extra hour of travel. Cokey was not insistent, and the suggestion turned out to be worthwhile. He communicated in excellent English and kept us entertained with his stories during the journey. I also want to thank the driver, whose name I don’t recall, for his steady and safe driving. After the tour, we followed their advice to visit a massage place. Although it had reasonable prices, I recommend looking for better options elsewhere.
I highly suggest scheduling your Kawah Putih tour with Raja Tour Bandung. We had a great time discovering Kawah Putih, the tea plantation, and Rengganis Crater with Cokey, our driver. He showcased all the stunning locations in South Bandung, was very helpful, spoke excellent English, and provided insightful information about the area and life in Indonesia. Thank you, Cokey!

The tour was quite picturesque, even with some rain. Our guide, Cokey, was very friendly and helped us with a few personal issues. He had extensive knowledge about the volcanic lake and tea plantation. I would suggest this guide and tour to anyone.
We thoroughly enjoyed our journey. Our driver, Steven, was outstanding—his English was excellent and he took wonderful care of us throughout the day. We made some last-minute changes to our itinerary, and while it would have been wise to inform him earlier so he could have the correct entry tickets ready, he managed everything seamlessly. Visiting the white crater was a highlight; it's worth the extra cost for the upper view, as it offers a much better perspective and is easier on the lungs. After lunch, we explored the suspension bridge, the hanging basket flying fox, and the hot springs, all of which were fantastic. Be sure to bring your swimsuit for the mud bath (we hadn't planned for it, but Steven conveniently arranged saris for us). Everything was great with no issues at all. It was also very reasonably priced.
We arranged a private tour for our arrival from Jakarta to Bandung over three days. Cokey was an exceptional guide, incredibly friendly, and was great at engaging with everyone in our group, even my shy teen. He ensured we made the most of our time at the sights in Bandung and took us to wonderful restaurants. We're looking forward to returning and will certainly choose Cokey as our guide again.
We went on this tour as a couple and had a fantastic experience with our guide Budi. Our first stop was the stunning White Crater Lake, perfect for photos and videos. Next, we explored tea plantations and enjoyed some hot springs. The zip line provided incredible views of the surroundings. The hot springs were a wonderful place to unwind. We dined at a charming restaurant near a deer conservation area where we could feed and pet the deer before heading back to Bandung. The tour lasted about 10 hours, and we relished every minute.
I highly recommend this excursion! We had a fantastic day. Our guide, Steven, was excellent—friendly and knowledgeable about various topics, including rice and tea production, as well as the history of the white crater. A standout moment was meeting locals and observing their rice-making process. We also enjoyed walking on the longest suspension bridge and zip lining to the hot springs, which was incredible. Steven truly went the extra mile to ensure we had a memorable experience, making it worth every cent.
