Our day in the Bandung area was truly enjoyable. We arranged a last-minute trip to Southern Bandung, which included visits to Ciwidey, the suspension bridge, and a mud bath. We were picked up from our hotel right on time. Mas Bamz was a personable guide with good English, and we shared many laughs throughout the day. Communication with BJ Tours and our guide via WhatsApp was excellent. We would certainly consider booking again. Thank you, BJ Tours and Mas Bamz.
Booking was simple, and I received a clear confirmation. The tour was stunning, and I gained a deeper understanding of the culture and environment. The guide's excellent English made communication effortless and enjoyable. It was a wonderful day.
We had an excellent day with our guide Robbi, who communicated useful information via WhatsApp beforehand, helping us prepare. He was on time for pickup and knew shortcuts to dodge traffic. Robbi was friendly and engaging, sharing insights about Indonesian culture. We thoroughly enjoyed our visits to the White Crater and the hot springs, and he introduced us to a wonderful local coffee shop and a nice restaurant. He drove safely and even assisted me with a local device for toll booths. I highly recommend this experience in Bandung.
Our southern Bandung tour with Robbi was fantastic. We loved the activities, including visiting the white crater, exploring the tea plantation, and picking strawberries at the farm. It was a day very well spent.
I had a wonderful and engaging day in Ciwidey. The natural hot springs and lake were stunning, and the tea plantation was beautiful. Ci Ci was an accommodating and supportive guide.
Our tour guide Bobby was extremely helpful, well-informed, and patient throughout our group activities. We couldn't have asked for a better guide for the day.
This tour offers an excellent overview of the most fascinating tourist attractions south of Bandung. My guide, Nigy, was both friendly and well-informed about the sites and Bandung City. Most tickets are covered, though there are a few inexpensive add-ons. While some of the rides at the hot spring location appeared a little questionable, they seemed generally safe.
This day trip to the Bandung Highlands was truly remarkable. The combination of the stunning crater, verdant tea plantations, and soothing hot springs created a breathtaking landscape. My guide, Nigy, made the experience exceptional with her enthusiasm and extensive knowledge. As a fellow tour guide, I can attest that she stands out as one of the best I've encountered, and she drives very well too. I highly recommend this tour, and if possible, request Nigy—she won't disappoint. A tip for others: traveling on a weekday is preferable. I went mid-week, and the traffic was quite manageable. Weekends could be congested, so for a more enjoyable visit, choose a weekday to make the most of your time at the attractions.
The tour was quite enjoyable, largely due to our guide, Ms. Nigi. However, booking on a long weekend posed challenges with heavy traffic that lengthened our travel time, and rain added to the difficulties. Still, we managed to see most of the attractions, and Nigi's positive demeanor made the experience enjoyable.
The tour led by Ms. Nigi was fantastic, allowing for a deep exploration of nature while breathing in fresh air and learning about Indonesia. I particularly enjoyed the lake, the suspension bridge, and the hot springs. Sampling the local sweets and snacks was a delightful part of the experience.
