The journey down the river was a charming experience as the sun began to set. There were some sections with challenging rapids where we got splashed. 4. Three-day rafting trip on the Rogue River, Ashland4

    4. Three-day rafting trip on the Rogue River

    5.0· 147 reviews· 3 days

Three days of rafting through the Wild & Scenic Rogue River Canyon with a small group, including customizable itineraries for a unique natural experience.

We just completed a four-day rafting journey on the Rogue River with Indigo Creek Rafting Company. I brought along my two sons and three sons-in-law for a bonding experience, and it truly exceeded my expectations. Our guides—Jill, Gelly, Phil, and Ian—were exceptional. Having previously rafted the Rogue with a private group, I knew the effort required for such a trip. This experience with Indigo Creek was refreshingly different, as they alleviated the hard work and replaced it with luxury. Trip highlights included: 1. Amazing wildlife encounters—two bears, a family of otters, deer, numerous turtles, bald eagles, ospreys, and a mink tussling with a blue heron. 2. The stunning whitewater—photos can't capture its beauty. The rapids were exhilarating, and I took a ride on an inflatable kayak for an added thrill. 3. Stargazing—this alone made the trip worthwhile. 4. The guides' expertise was evident; they not only flawlessly navigated challenging sections like Blossom Bar but also ensured we had ample time to unwind at camp. Arriving at a pre-set campsite with our tents ready, sleeping bags in place, and appetizers being served while dinner cooked was a dream. 5. The food was outstanding—clearly a point of pride for the staff. 6. Jill captured professional-quality photos as we navigated, allowing us to enjoy the moments without worrying about our phones. We received all those photos afterward at no extra charge. 7. The cost of the trip was very reasonable considering the incredible value received; I've spent much more on other trips that offered far less. In conclusion, this was a thrilling, picturesque, and worry-free off-the-grid experience that everyone should try at least once. Indigo Creek has meticulously planned every detail to create an unforgettable adventure.rsc0ttr
