It was truly an incredible experience! From start to finish, I learned how the balloons inflated and grew airborne with fire. The journey along the Rio Grande over farmland and hills was serene. Our guide, Lewis, was delightful and kept us entertained on the route to the launch site. He was an excellent host.
The information provided about the experience and rides was unclear to me. I still don’t understand how it operates, and it seems like the ride just goes wherever the wind blows. Additionally, no alcoholic drinks are available during the rides.

The trip got canceled because another couple didn’t show up. We were informed that a minimum of four participants was needed for safety reasons. This was disappointing, as it was our only opportunity to experience this on our trip. A full refund was issued.
