An exclusive balloon ride in Albuquerque for two, offering an intimate and peaceful flight experience over the scenic landscape.

The pilot and ground crew were fantastic. None of us had experienced a hot air balloon flight before, and they took the time to explain everything. As we floated along the river, we appreciated a little history about Albuquerque. The smaller basket provided a private ride for our group of four, avoiding any crowding. The champagne toast at the end added a lovely touch. It was truly incredible. Even with one member of our group prone to motion sickness, the journey was remarkably smooth and peaceful, and she felt fine throughout.davidwV7355SJ

I typically don't write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. I've always wanted to fly in a hot air balloon, and while in the Albuquerque area, I chose Elevated New Mexico due to its fantastic reviews, convenient timing, and reasonable cost. I booked a flight for two. I had a few questions before the flight and reached out through TripAdvisor. They responded promptly, answering all my questions and informing me that instructions would be sent via text and email the day before. The adventure started with a text containing all the details, and we were instructed to meet at 7:00 am at Hannah & Nate’s (make sure to go to the correct location, as there are several with the same name). Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by one of the owners, who provided a brief safety briefing and explained what to expect. We were then driven just a minute to the launch site, where we met our pilot, who prepared the balloon and shared more information. The flight over Albuquerque offered stunning views, and we even did a splash-and-dash on the Rio Grande. Our pilot was exceptional, assisting us with photos, answering our queries, and demonstrating his impressive flying skills. As our flight concluded, we landed safely and comfortably. After packing up the balloon, we enjoyed mimosas, apple cider, and snacks while learning fascinating facts about flying and hot air balloons. I highly recommend Elevated New Mexico to anyone visiting Albuquerque. Even if someone is hesitant about flying, I would encourage them to consider it, as this experience was truly unforgettable. If I had to score it from 1 to 10, it would definitely be a million or more. This experience exceeded all my expectations. Thank you for this amazing opportunity.huegin

What an enjoyable adventure! I had some concerns about my fear of heights, but it was so smooth that it didn’t even surface. Our pilot, Troy, was very informed, and his ground crew was accommodating and pleasant. I would absolutely do this again and highly recommend it, even if you have fears.M3054EAmichelleh
